To set up automatic refills and renewals, sign in to your Caremark.com account and select Manage Automatic Refills under the Prescriptions menu. You’ll need to choose which medications you’d like automatically refilled, set up a payment method and choose how you’d like to receive messages about your refills (text, automated phone call or email).

Once you start automatic refills for a medication you take regularly, we will automatically mail your medication before your refill due date. If your prescription is out of refills, we’ll contact your doctor to have it renewed.

We’ll notify you when we’re about to start processing your order. If you have to change or cancel your order, you’ll need to do it within 10 days of receiving this notification.

Please note that some prescriptions can’t be automatically refilled. These include prescriptions for controlled substances and specialty medications, and prescriptions covered by certain government payers, including Medicare Part B.
