Tracking your Rx mail order
Knowing the status of your order is important, so we've made tracking it easier than ever. Get started by signing in or registering for an account at Caremark.com, or with our mobile app. To see your most recent prescription orders, you can scroll down to the bottom of your dashboard. Then click your mail order number to see status updates. And for even more details, go to View Order Status. Here, you'll see all of your recent orders, plus their statuses. If you'd like to learn what each status means, check out the questions pop up. We understand it's important for you to know if there are any delays with your order. So we'll update your status to keep you informed every step of the way. What happens if you don't see an order you just placed? Our system may still be processing it, so check back in a few hours. Another easy way to stay up to date on orders is to sign up for text or email alerts. Go to your profile and select Communication Preferences. Then, under Current Enrollment, edit your text or email alert settings to include mail order status. To learn more, visit our help center at Caremark.com.
