Q:How do I register on the Mobile App?
A:Visit the App home page, click the “Log in” button and then click the “Register” button. Be sure to have your prescription benefit card on hand because you will need the Prescription Benefit ID number to register. If you do not have your Prescription Benefit ID number, please contact your employer’s HR administrator.

Q: Why do I need to log in to see a list of pharmacies?
A:Caremark.com provides you with a list of local retail pharmacies that are covered under your prescription benefit plan. In order to find ways to help you save on your prescription costs, we need you to log in to find your plan details.
Q: Where can I find my Group Code?
A:Your Group Code is located on your Prescription Benefit Card. To see your Group Card, log in to Caremark.com, go to the My Accounts section and select Print My Prescription Benefit Card. You’ll be directed to a printable, online PDF. If you are still unsure which number is your Group Code, contact the Customer Care team at 1-800-241-2784.
Q: What is my Prescription Benefit ID number?
A:Your Prescription Benefit ID number is the number used to identify your CVS Caremark account. This number could be a unique numeric or alphanumeric ID assigned by your plan sponsor, or your Social Security Number. You can find your number on your Prescription Benefit Card.
Q: I am able to log in to the website www.cvs.com but not on the Mobile App.
A:The login credentials used on www.cvs.com will not work on the CVS Caremark App. To log into the App, use the credentials you use to log into www.caremark.com
Q: I am able to log in to the website www.caremark.com but not on the Mobile App.
A:There could be many reasons for that, including - corrupt installation, bad cookies or an old version of app. Please delete the app, restart your phone & reinstall the latest version. If you are still not able to log in, please call customer care.
Q: While registering it says I am already registered but I don’t remember the login credentials.
A:You can try retrieving your Username and/or resetting your Password through the Mobile App by tapping “Forgot Username” and/or “Forgot Password” on the Login screen. For assistance related to registration, login, and username or password recovery, call Customer Care toll-free at the number on the back of your prescription ID card. If you do not have an ID card, please call Customer Care at 1-800-552-8159.

Q: What forms of payment does CVS Caremark accept?
A:CVS Caremark accepts VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Electronic Check Processing and Bill Me Later® for online transactions. We also accept checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards for mail service orders.
Q: Where can I find if a drug is covered under my benefit plan, or how much it costs?
A:To check if a drug is covered under your benefits, you can call your benefit provider or customer care. When refilling your prescription using Caremark.com or by phone, you can receive an estimate of your cost before completing your order. The price of your medication may change slightly due to pricing fluctuations.
Q: How do I obtain a refund?
A:You can request a refund by calling Web Support at 1-800-241-2784.
Q: I lost my Prescription Benefit Card, how do I receive a replacement?
A:Log into the Mobile App and tap View my ID Card.
Q: I have the benefit ID card in my name, does my family need to get separate ID number?
A:No, they can use the same ID number. When they register, they should select the option “I am not the cardholder” and enter all other information required.
Q: I ordered last week but have not received my order yet, please confirm the status.
A:To check the order status, tap Check Order Status on the home page. For more information Contact Us.
Q: It says online (or USPS) my order is already delivered but I have not received it yet, please confirm the status.
A:Please verify if someone has received the package at the delivery location. If you are still unable to locate the order, please call Customer Care toll-free at the number on the back of your prescription ID card. If you do not have an ID card, please call Customer Care at 1-800-552-8159.
